Quinton Scott have just let the final floor (3700sq ft) of refurbished, open plan office space at Wellington House on behalf of Criterion Capital in Wimbledon Town Centre.

We took on instruction of the two stand alone office buildings Wellington House and Mansel Court in autumn 2006 whilst they were undergoing refurbishment. In the face of tough completion from a surplus of high volume space available in Wimbledon Quinton Scott have managed to secure lettings to five tenants over the two buildings in under 12 months.

We have also had a hand in the retail units that make up the ground floor of Wellington House setting record rental levels for shops in this part of Wimbledon.

The job isn't over yet though ....

We are now instructed to sell the site as an investment benefiting from these impressive income streams.
