Quinton Scott has recently completed the sale of a 1.5 acre development plot on the site of the former Royal & Sun Alliance Sports Ground on behalf of clients.

The deal secures the future for the remainder of the sports ground (3.5 acres) which is being transferred to the community for use by local schools.  In addition, the developer will be making a £300,000 contribution to the refurbishment of the existing sports hall on the site.

The site was sold with permission to develop 50 new homes, 16 of which will be affordable.
