Lettings and Management

Our Lettings department pride themselves on a professional level of service matching the right Tenant for every Landlord. Our staff have all been working in the Lettings industry for a long period and their knowledge and expertise will ensure that as a Landlord, you will have made the right decision instructing Quinton Scott to Let your Property.

We are a fully bonded member of the Association of Residential Lettings agents (ARLA) and abide by their professional code of conduct.

All of our managed properties are dealt with “in house” by our Management department in Wimbledon. We have numerous contractors which help us to ensure that we can act swiftly and responsibly when maintenance is required.

We currently have 3 levels of service which are outlined below.

INTRODUCTION ONLY SERVICE

Marketing the property to find a suitable tenant and progressing the let until the commencement of the tenancy – referencing tenants including Credit Checks, organising inventories & gas safety certificates (when necessary) and arranging standing orders between landlord and tenant accounts.

RENT COLLECTION SERVICE

Marketing the property and progressing the let as outlined in the Introduction service, with the addition of Quinton Scott collecting the rent on behalf of the landlord on a monthly basis for the duration of the term. The rent is then passed to the landlord by BACS transfer.

FULL MANAGEMENT

Quinton Scott deal with the tenant on behalf of the landlord for the duration of the tenancy, offering the services outlined in the Introduction and the Rent Collection service with the addition of quarterly property visits and the handling of any maintenance issues on behalf of the landlord. This service is designed to offer complete peace of mind to both the landlord and the tenant.
