Our Lettings department pride themselves on a professional level of service matching the right Tenant for every Landlord. Our staff have all been working in the Lettings industry for a long period and their knowledge and expertise will ensure that as a Landlord, you will have made the right decision instructing Quinton Scott to let your property. All of our managed properties are dealt with “in house” by our Management department in Wimbledon. We have numerous contractors which help us to ensure that we can act swiftly and responsibly when maintenance is required. We currently have 2 levels of service which are outlined below:-
RENT COLLECTION SERVICEQuinton Scott will market the property to find a suitable tenant and progress the let until the commencement of the tenancy. This service includes referencing tenants, Credit Checks, organising inventories & gas safety certificates. In addition, Quinton Scott will organise the collection of rent on behalf of the landlord on a monthly basis for the duration of the term. The rent is then passed to the landlord by BACS transfer. FULL MANAGEMENTQuinton Scott will deal with the tenant on behalf of the landlord for the duration of the tenancy, offering the services outlined above with the addition of quarterly property visits and the handling of any maintenance issues on behalf of the landlord. This service is designed to offer complete peace of mind to both the landlord and the tenant.
No matter which service level you choose to instruct us on, be it Rent Collection or Full Management, you can be confident that our advice is up to date as it is provided by staff trained and qualified according to the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) incorporating the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). Being Corporate Bonded members of ARLA, all our letting staff, trainees excepted, have been awarded by this body and are individual members of ARLA. |
